process order payments. You do
not need a Paypal account in order to use Paypal. All orders are placed
on an SSL Secure server. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and
American Express, and all prices are listed in US dollars. All credit card
orders will appear on your statement as "PAYPAL* SEVANSA SPA".

Sevansa Spa is proud to offer
shipping services via the United States Postal Service. Please allow 2 business days to process your
order, not including shipping time. Expedited shipping does not affect the 2
business-day processing time.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but at
this time we can only ship orders to the United States, U.S. Territories, and
Canada. Most orders shipped via Priority Mail to anywhere within the contiguous
48 states are delivered within 2-5 business days from the orders' ship date.
Most orders shipped via Priority Mail to Alaska,
Hawaii, any of the U.S .Territories, or Canada are delivered within 6-14
business days from the orders' ship date. For Express Mail shipping, most orders
to the contiguous 48
states will be delivered by the next business day from date of shipment.

providing you only the highest quality products that we have to offer. If for
some reason you are unsatisfied with a product, we offer a 15-day (from the date
of receipt) money back guarantee. It would be most
helpful if you would first call us at 407-864-9898 and provide an explanation as
to why the item is being returned.
This will enable us to ensure that we continue to provide only the best
products for you as a valued customer. Then, simply
return the unused portion with your receipt and you will receive a full refund
or a replacement, excluding the shipping and handling fees. Please note that you
are responsible for the return shipping fees and all shipping and handling fees
are non-refundable.
